The wife just got a new phone today and as such her V3 is now out of a job, my little un is too young for a phone, I already have one and sending it to these lot for just short of £30 quid in argos vouchers seems too good to be true. Anyone used them before, and offer any advice regarding so?

Cheers

Each mobile phone traded in:

a) should power-up (turn on) and be in a working condition

b) should not be crushed or water damaged although may have some mild cosmetic damage such as light scratching to fascias and surrounds

c) should have its battery and memory card (if your phone came with one originally)

d) should appear in our online guide

e) should of be UK / European specification

Don't need charger or box or anything just phone and battery that can turn on :)

Used them for about 6 phones in past 2 years. A+

I would imagine you'd get more for some phones if you sold them on ebay though? You are still helpng the environment doing that.

Yes, you would, but it's a lot of hassle. Most of the scams on eBay are in the mobile phone area...

Might consider this myself, am sure we have an old phone laying around....

Not interested with eBay, too much hassle and cost with your listing fees, final value fees and paypal fees.

While I accept there are a lot of scams in the mobile phone area on ebay, I have purchased at least 5 quite expensive phones from ebay with no problem. If you are careful you can buy and sell reasonably well with them..

I also don't see people wanting to try to scam you for what is an old mobile. It's personal choice, myself I can get more than these people are offering under the guise of being good for the environment, while selling to someone else is just as good for the planet.

You takes your choice.
