I bought one of these printers on the 24/03/09 so it is under 12 months old by many months
The printer has gone faulty and does not recognise any cartridge in the T0802 slot ,i have tried 2 original cartridges thinking i had a faulty one but none work
I still have the original purchase emails and contacted epson 2 days ago , they arranged to swap the printer at my door step today because i live many miles away from my nearest repair centre . Today nobody arrived so i contacted epson again , i was informed there was a mistake and could only swap my printer when they have them back in stock , but the printer was discontinued many months ago so how long will i have to wait ?
I have contacted my credit card company who really have said they cannot help because the item was working and it has been more than 28 days .
So it seems like im stuck with a faulty printer until epson can me another in stock
I have asked them to come back to me first thing in the morning and tell me can i have the same spec printer but in a different model
What advice can you give or action can i take as this is not good service from a large company such as Epson
