I'm using my HD tv as a monitor, just changed the h from 60 to 100 on pc settings.

Screen is now blank, using iPod touch to write this.

Tried restarting and no joy

Any ideas?

Thanks

Almost certainly not, very few are.

(Your TV may be advertised as 100hz, but the vast majority only show 100hz pictures they've generated themselves from 25/50hz signals and won't accept a 100hz signal).

Try setting the picture to 60hz in safe mode.

In safe mode I can't see where to change it, the way I went before doesn't give me an option.

If you've got a second monitor then just hook both up at once and you should be able to change the settings for the TV on the working monitor.
