Ethernet port stops working randomly when downloading or watching videos?

Hi all, looking to see if theres any techys out there. I have windows 7 on my laptop and whenever I'm downloading or watching video it will randomly at any moment stop working and I'll have the message "no access to network". I can't go wireless as in student halls. Whenever I restart my laptop it works fine again but thats the only way to fix! The laptop thinks the cable is still connected when i remove it after the internet cuts off. Any help?

Try updating your ethernet drivers. Download them via a different pc/laptop.

I've uploaded the driver files for you Here

Only 76kb so you should be ok.

Only the driver files no installer.
