as a leeds fan you would be aware that since master bates took over the club he subsequently bought yorkshire radio and took away our free match commentary and forced us all to pay 50 quid a year to sign up and listen through LUTV

well as announced today radio minster on 104.7 fm has now aquired the broadcast rights for all first team games

Leeds United have announced that live radio commentary of their first-team fixtures will be broadcast on Minster FM with immediate effect.
The commercial station has struck a deal with Yorkshire Radio which will see commentary of Leeds games broadcast on an FM frequency for the first time since Yorkshire Radio secured exclusive rights to live coverage at the end of last season.
Minster FM will begin broadcasting Yorkshire Radio's matchday programmes during this weekend's clash between Leeds and Carlisle United at Elland Road, and the agreement runs until the end of this season.
Leeds were criticised last year following their decision to hand sole broadcast rights to digital station Yorkshire Radio and turn down an offer from BBC Radio Leeds, a move which left no FM coverage of their fixtures.
Yorkshire Radio station director Ben Fry said: "We've already received tremendous feedback to our coverage and working with Minster FM will help us further enhance our service."
Minster FM is available on 104.7 FM.

yes i do, i'm a bournemouth supporter, we've been there....twice

questions that remain unanswered

Why did Leeds collapse into insolvency and administration in the first place, with debts of £35.5m, given that Ken Bates, and his solicitor and fellow Leeds United director Mark Taylor, had said during 2006-07 that the club would be in a dramatically better financial position once the season was over and the contracts of high-earning players would come to an end?
How did Leeds come to owe £17.7m to three offshore companies, Astor Investment Holdings (registered in the British Virgin Islands), Krato Trust (Nevis Island, the West Indies), and the owner of the club, Forward Sports Fund (the Cayman Islands), and how did the club spend that money?
Why was KPMG in such a hurry to sell Leeds United immediately back to the new company, which is also owned by the Forward Sports Fund and chaired by Bates, for 1p in the pound, when the administrators of other clubs have spent months running clubs and publicly seeking the best possible deal for creditors?
Who are the owners or beneficiaries of the Forward Sports Fund, Astor Investment Holdings and Krato Trust, and why have they chosen to register their companies in offshore tax havens where they are not legally required to declare their identity?
Why have Astor and Krato agreed to waive any repayment of their huge debts so long as the club was re-sold to Forward and Bates, arguing, according to Taylor, that they had faith in the management of the club?

and most importantly, is not screwi ng over local businesses and community groups such as the St Johns ambulance (who got £1.65 from the thousands they were owed, so typically Leeds?

mate if you were gonna copy n paste something you could of done the full article there are a total of 20 questions and its here if anyone is interested
http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/blog/2007/jul/27/leedsunitedtheunansweredqu

its a business at the end of the day and many business's that go under do exactly the same...ie they cannot pay the debts they owe as that is why they have gone into administration in the first place!!!

business is run by crooks as many people will know just look at the financial crisis the economy and the banking system is in at the moment but do you see the fat cats giving their millions of pounds of bonuses back that they have earnt over the last few years .......hardly!!

and lets look at these foreigners that have come in and bought the likes of chelsea et al, hmmm what do we know about these people? not a lot really but they use these football clubs and other legitimate business for means of laundering money and their expensive financial advisors/lawyers and you're a fool if you think otherwise!

anyways i dont like bates 1 single bit but hes kept the club alive and going by whatever hes done and im not that clued up about the ins and outs of it all and thats what matters to any leeds fan or other football fan to be honest

i really dont think you have any idea what you are talking about when you made your first post and you still dont now.so id leave it there .....

try making a few points for yourself instead of taking several hours to copy n paste some ***** from the guardian

if you think there has been any laws broken then please alert the relevant authorities with any information you have lol
