I didn't know surveys required monthly fees :D
try valuedopinions.co.uk
Imo they give the most cash (well voucher credit because thats all they do) for each survey.
If you want real cash, try lightspeedpanel.co.uk, I think they pay with paypal money or something like that

Surveys is probably the easiest bang for buck way to get money but even so its not enough to be called "2nd income".

There are survey sites but none of the ones I've seen require any fees,I wouldn't pay anything to join any home working group or survey sites.

never actually signed up myself for this one below, but the then missus did and she had to test customer service skills, got paid to shop for a certain item, produce a report within 24 hours, send off receipts, get the cash back for the item but could keep it as well, got some quite good stuff out of it as well!

hope this helps and goodluck

try lightspeed (forgot the addy) set up multiple paypal and lightspeed accounts and whola earnb points and turn into paypal money.... then just move all to one paypal and back to your bank.... i used to get around £300ish for what 2 days average work a week

Retaileyes pays in food really cos you get the price of the meal back - not really a money maker in my opinion but good if you fancy a free night out. Lots of details in the paperwork tho IMO - take that time into consideration when taking on these jobs
Gapbuster - the same but less paperwork - more tick the box - again pays more in food than money but better payment than retaileyes (slightly!)

You could try any question answered:

http://www.issuebits.com/vacancies.htm

They are currently looking for people in the UK, from what I've heard, you can earn a half decent part time salary if you put the time in.
