most of the free ones let you host your own domain depending on the server set up.

How cheap you looking? I can get you hosting for £15 per year, and the domain is £8.xx for 2 years, so less than £20 a year for both

cheap as i can get, me and my friend looking to set up a computer related site for getting local repairs as homers but need a cheap site that we can put our own name and not have a long winded name ect

Get the domain via 123-reg (my personal favorite) or UK cheapest and for hosting use the free Microsoft Office Live service.

Getting a free webhosting = bad idea for a business imho. Seen it loads and it will only lead to problems.
Best advice I can give is get a reliable webserver, get a domain name, install wordpress and then use one of the free themes.

I would suggest one.com and going via quidco you get £10 cashback, so you get paid £1 actually if you don't have too high expectations..
what kind of website it will be?

Bit too much for the op's requirements (they only do vps & dedicated servers) where a shared host would be more than enough. Looks good though

The hosting company is called No Wires,I found the control panel for setting up site was pretty easy with Fav's help.If you want to see results look at mordendriving.co.uk.
