As the competition reaches the last eight stage, the television schedule for The FA Cup Sixth Round has been confirmed.

An all-Premier League affair will kick-off the weekend as Birmingham City travel to Fratton Park for a Saturday lunchtime match against Portsmouth.

Later that day Fulham will play host to either Bolton Wanderers or Tottenham Hotspur at Craven Cottage, with a 5.20pm kick-off.

On Sunday 7 March, neither the hosts nor visitors are yet to be confirmed but the first game will kick-off at 1.45pm. Either Reading or West Brom will take on the winners of Crystal Palace's replay with Aston Villa.

Stoke City or Manchester City will then travel to take on the holders at Stamford Bridge in the final Sixth Round tie at 4pm. All four games are live on ITV1.

Saturday 6 March
Portsmouth v Birmingham City. 12.30pm, Live on ITV1
Fulham v Bolton Wanderers or Tottenham Hotspur. 5.20pm, Live on ITV1

Sunday 7 March
Reading or West Bromwich Albion v Crystal Palace or Aston Villa. 1.45pm, Live on ITV1
Chelsea v Manchester City or Stoke City. 4pm, Live on ITV1

If Villa meet Birmingham at Wembley it would be a treat for the metropolitan police. God knows how they would manage that with two sets of fans all travelling down on the same routes etc.

Why? The FA have this crazy rule about playing the Semi's at Wembley and on form you would expect Birmingham (mid to upper table currently) to beat Portsmouth (bottom of the table) while also expecting Villa (a Premiership side) to beat Palace (a Championship side) and then West Brom or Reading (both Championship sides). The draw has the odds at 33% that it will happen.
