Is it an automatic failure for speeding?
Best to remove your swearing in the opening post, or a suspension would just round your day off.
#19
Awww I'm so sorry hunni... retake the test, just persevere until you pass x x x

How can the tester confrm you were doing 33 in a 30? Unless you were doing it constantly it is almost impossible to tell.

thats what i thought, should i appeal?
#24
Some cars have a second speedo so that the instructor can see your speed.
#25
good luck next time - my mate passed on his 9th attempt! I'd have quit well before then!

I passed on my 3rd but had already decided that if I failed my 3rd I'd take either an automatic or a bike test instead - it was doing my head in!

You sound more unlucky than crap so you'll get there - like said already if your that close just rebook ASAP and ask about cancellations.

I think you'd struggle to appeal to anyone.

so sorry to hear you failed. really hope your not being to hard on your self.

NEXT TIME DEFS!
#29
Good luck for next time.

I hit 2 cyclists on my first test in a one way street in Cambridge!

On my second test i was failed because i went into cross hatch markings to avoid an old woman who just walked out into the road.

My third test was the best pass the examiner had seen in 20 years of testing.

Did you get your sheet?

How many majors and minors did you get?

I passed tuesday and went over the limit once and was ok.

lol - thats nuts!

I passed with either 24 or 26 minor points can't remember which now - lol had almost 2 in every box! It was back in the day when you could get as many minor points as you liked as long as there weren't 3 in the same box - I think he just liked me so spread them around a bit :)

I passed 3rd time as well.

First one I drove too slowly and hesitated at a junction (which actually I dispute, but I did drive slowly!)
Second one was just a complete disaster
Third was spot on, despite being taken on the most difficult route and getting on and off a busy A1!

no its not... she broke the law. It's a pretty stupid thing to do - breaking the speed limit on a driving test lol.

COM: You are generally right when it comes to law, but its hardly a good idea on a driving test is it!
