My wireless guitar has gone faulty so ive made a claim through the red octane site, it says they are going to send me a new guitar out, but it didnt say anything about what to do with the old one, does the courier take it?

No, they don't normally ask for it back so you could try and fix it yourself

You can easily get a RMA replacement, they don't ask how long you've had it or even to send in your old guitar

1. Click on link your console guitar is not working
2. Select your area as Europe, click submit
3. Select your country & language
4. select console
5. Select world tour
6. Select world wireless guitar
7. Select the fault (in your case, strum bar)
8. Select Yes
9. Click next x 2
10. When asked for serial number enter the serial number on your guitar (I think it's near the batteries?)
11. Enter your details

i got this after inputting my serial number:

"If you need to submit multiple replacement requests you MUST ship each item separately. Sending items from multiple RMAs together will cause significant delays in processing your replacements."


seems we do have to send them the faulty one.

If I got my guitar from ebay, where do I stand?

Not broken .. just future thinking.
