I bought the 32" technika television on the 27th December last year.....and it ws delivered on the 30th December.
It turns channels on us all the time so is very annoying and we have decided now that enough is enough and we want it sorting out.
So I rang Tescos and explained the problem with the unit and he asked me to press every button on the remote from the top left to the bootom right one at a time and then turn the unit off and remove the batteries from the remote control for one hour.
After this time power back up tv and put batteries back in remote aand all should be well..........if not they will have to collect the television and send it away for repair.
What I want to know is, am I allowed a refund instead as it is faulty and what are my chances If I demand a refund rather then it being repaired...............or even a new television I would prefer.
Help would be good.
Or even other peoples experiences with this tv its the 32-250 Technika advanced
