I bought a 640GB External USB drive online about 6 months ago (Its a Western Digital External USB one) and the power supply which attached to it has packed in. Ive rang the company and they said the issue is well known and that i was to have to get in touch with WD to get a replacement charger. Now ive been trying for over a week to get in touch with them (emails quoting my serial numbers etc ) and im getting nothing back. Im obbviously getting annoyed now as my product is under warrenty and i need the info on the drive and no one is taking responsibility. What should i do?
