Depends - if you fancy it, then do it. I might bear in mind the upcoming game releases... and also the fact that the 360 elite is out next week.....

I have both and currently would pick the 360 everytime........the PS3 is seriously lacking in decent games at the moment. Mine gets switched on once in a blue moon. It will get better no doubt but it may take a while.

its a hard choice because ive just traded all my games bar one what are the releases like on the ps3 this autumn

is the games the only reason to go for the xbox (i dont really use live btw)

Yes, the games are the main reason. I must admit that Live is a big factor for me though. Check out www.ign.com for the upcoming releases. 360 currently has the stronger line up but on the other hand the PS3 has Blueray which is winning the battle with HD-DVD as the format of choice with studios.

its a tough choice might just keep it for a few weeks while i decide i get about 2 hours play before it turns itself off

ive just never really used live becuase i dont have time, am currently off work so have been uisng xbox loads but i suspect that once im back i wont apart from dvds / ususal franchise new game releases so maybe ps3 is best option as i have a 40" samsung to watch my blu rays on
