Following on from Geek_Grrls Horror Movie thread and the effect it had on you as a child - which cartoon or TV show did you love as a child?? And did you copy anything from it? I used to love Trapdoor and Count Duckula!! We used to lock each other in an old coal shed at school and shout "Burt feed me" through the door, we forgot one of my friends once and left her there when the bell rang - she was in that shed for about 20 mins!! :giggle:

I'm googling now for a cartoon I vaguely remember, sure it was called "The Biscuits" about these little dogs who lived in a castle made out of biscuits. Anyone help? Pretty sure it was real and not some alcohol induced dream

loved that show, I grew up with sharks and marine life so it inspired me to always have a shark called sharky and a fish called george (i was a creative child lol i had 2 baby stingrays, one named sting and one named ray)

Ducktales was awesome, I bought the DVD from ASDA last week.
Tailspin
Alvin and the Chipmunks
Rescue Rangers

TV was soo much better back then, childrens programmes today are nothing special.

couldn't agree more - I hate the stuff on Cartoon Network - it's all noise and fast pictures - the only thing I don't mind my wee one watching is Lazytown as it has a good influence on him and Sportacus can sure move which keeps mummy entertained :giggle:
