I love the olympics as you get to watch sports that are not broadcast mainstream that much at any other time such as archery and weightlifting. While i do like the usuals such as athletics and football i would have to say olympic gymnastics is probably my favourite. What olympic sports do you like?

I am looking forward to the 14 yr old diver tomorrow- he seems very talented for a youngster.

the thing I dislike about them is that they are showing sports such as archery and "shooting", there just "fillers" to make the games longer, waste of time.

Track, field, aquatics and gymnastics are all the true events.

But Weightlifting would be the one I like the most that is not "mainstream"

I personally am by fascinated archery due to the skill required - but can understand why some may dislike it

I have tried archery-its really difficult!
I enjoy the swimming but over all I have to say I like the winter Olympics more-particularly the bobsleigh.
I dont think we plough enough cash into our Olympic hopefuls,**** training funding, poor training facilities, and then we top it all by piling a load of pressure on our athletes to do well when they havent so much as a snowball in hells chance when up against other better prepared countries:x

watching Tom Daley closely - he's already achieved superstar status in china! mind you he's still growing ... but what a cracking lad!

love the olympics, it is amazing - track and field were my 1st loves, then swimming, then gymnastics but i find myself following the other games too.

Out of all the sports it's generally the gymnastics that catch my attention as it's quite an incredible display which I just can't personally comprehend (I was hopeless at gymnastics at school!) especially when you see the simulated view from that of the gymnast.
