Good [U AND bad experiences are vital if this thread is going to work!! Please give an [U honest opinion!!

1) Was it a Pay As You Go phone, accessory or a contract phone?
2) Were you were happy with the delivery speed?
3) Did you have any problems with the order itself?
4) Did you receive cashback with little or no problems, or did you have to push them for cashback or even take legal action?

I placed an order through Chatterbox and was really pleased with the overall service.

[COLOR=olive]Cashback process was really easy to follow, just sent an email to check the progress of each claim and they sent each cheque pretty quickly too!

Chatterbox has a very bad customer service. I had changed my address before four months, all my bills were coming on the new address and wen i called the customer service team for my cash back nd upgrades they told me that my new address is not verified. Not only this there were many more questions for which i received very foolish answers.
Secondly, Cash back.. i had three cashback for my mobile.. For my first cashback i had to followup a lot many times and i was really frustrated. I received my cashback after three months. For my second cash back it hasnt come yet even wen my third cash back is due. I have followed a lot many times and the customer service ppl always say we wil get back but they have never called me back or replied my emails. It is four months now and yet i havent received my cash back. The only answer they have is there is a back log in there cash back. Come on guys they are making us fools. For four months if a company has a backlog then we should understand that they are trying to make us fools. I am planning to take a legal action now.
