Please post your feedback based on previous transactions you have had with this company, http://www.hotukdeals.com/go/?m=309&u=10 T-Mobile .

In particular, you should refer to the following aspects of your experience with them:

1) Are you on Pay As You Go or Contract??
2) Did you order directly from T-Mobile?
3) If so, were you were happy with the delivery speed?
4) If your ordered directly from them, did you have any problems with the order itself?
5) What do you think of customer service with this network?
6) Have you had any problems with this network?
7) Please comment on other aspects which you thought were good/bad.
8) Is there anything the company needs to improve on?
9) Would you recommend them to anyone else?

It would also help if you could put your post in GREEN if you would recommend them or RED if you wouldn't use them again. If you do not have a strong opinion on this then you may wish to leave your post BLACK .

Who is T-Mobile??

T-Mobile is the UK network of T-Mobile International, one of the three strategic growth areas of Deutsche Telekom AG. Over 120 million people throughout Europe and the USA use services provided by companies in which T-Mobile or Deutsche Telekom hold a stake, making us the only mobile provider with a seamless transatlantic proposition.

What about QuidCo cashback?

QuidCo cashback with this network varies quite a lot... it's £5.40 if you go for a U-Fix plan, £10.80 for a PAY-G transaction, £12 for a contract and £73 for a web 'n' talk professional plan at http://www.quidco.com/T-Mobile QuidCo.com

1. Contract
2. Yes
3. It was delivered next day
4. Not at all.
5. CS is very good but waiting time (to get human to answer call) is too long.
6. Occasionally, like during last Saturday's storm.
7. Their Fair Use policy (web-n-walk) is too restrictive.
8. I wish they would allow VoIP from mobile.
9. Yes.

Not sure if that is green font (I am colour blind) so if not, then can mods change it please? :)

Jeez, your click is really heavy :) Thanks!

Yeah, a couple of clicks and there'll be reputation buffer overflow :)

One phone currently on contract. Would not use them again. Customer service is rubbish. Slow to answer the phone and not very helpful. I would not recommend them or use them again. Got the phone from Mobile Rainbow via Quidco. No cashback yet.

1) contract
2) No, from carphonewarehouse
3) n/a
4) n/a
5) Customer service is terrific, just call 150 from phone and takes you to automated service which is faultless itself. Everyone is helpful and ive solved all my problems and queries. To get someone on the phone would take up to 3mins, but doesnt get taken out your monthly allowance.
6) No problems at all, but i was getting itemised billing and didnt ask for it so they credited my acc.
7) Website is great, just log in and you can see your remaining minutes straight away and last bill amount from first page. You can also see amount paid for all previous bills, recent calls, amount due on current bill, and info on other services and upgrades. Instead of checking site for remaining mins, i just would reset my 'outgoing call time' and clear 'sent items' (t610 shows # of sent txt msg) for text every new month just so i dont go over.
8) Deal Prices direct from site
9) Yep id recommend to anyone, recommending a friend gets you £20 cheque for both you and your friend after he/she been with t-mobile for 3 months

Total cost of deal for 18months (200min xnet) was £60 after all redemption from cpw, waiting for last redempt.

5) What do you think of customer service with this network? the customer service has been brilliant for me, i've bugged them about so many things, and i threatened to leave at the end of my contract but they did offer me half price line rental for a year (as long as i didnt upgrade)
6) Have you had any problems with this network? the main problem i did have was not getting a good signal in Hatfield.. which is pretty strange as they have a huge office right across the road from my uni.
7) Please comment on other aspects which you thought were good/bad.
