It's different to FIFA 10, but certainly a refinement rather than a revolution. Took a few games to get into it as is to be expected, but I really like it overall.

Nope, but it's not the finished version ;)

The code is from Juneish!

cheers best get my finger out and download it, your quote reminded me of an Alan Patridge-ism where he said "revolution not evolution.... i dont evolve.. i revolve" quality. Thanks

yeah i've downloaded it and really enjoy it. Its more realistic than fifa 10 as passes dont always go in the direction intended and i think if you put to much power on a pass it bounces off your players legs although i might have been playing rubbish, also the computer uses skill moves alot more so make the game alot more fun and interesting. Graphics are good more refined than 10 but suppose there not gonna be loads better as fifa 10 had brilliant graphics. Also be a goalkeeper mode seems great especially on the arena but can imagine it might get a bit boring in game situations but we will have to see heres hoping for asda or tesco to sell it for £25 on release day, so overall it seems good i wouldnt pay £40 for it though because from the demo the additions are good but not good enough for me to spend £40 on a game with updated teams and personality+

thanks ZZ

It's different, It's certainly more different than the difference between 09 and 10. I like it and it takes more thought than simply chipping the keeper and running, You have to be good with your passing and your defence seem to be more realistic. Harder than before but more refined, Can't wait to get online with it.

crap, jumpy and froze on the ps3 but other than that i quite liked it

i wish if you ran at defenders every so often you could go pass rather than always getting tackled but sounds quite good although fifa is fifa! thanks for your pointers

Set on amateur and then you can run at defenders.

i have done never seems to work for me or i could be just carp

learn to use the skill moves and getting past defenders is much easier especially if you time it right, also i think the AI falls for fakes and feints more this time which i like and theres more skills moves also there adding in a 'Match of the day' analysis type thing so you can edit certain parts of the match and highlight players and things (not in demo but will be in full version). And celebrations are better as most players have a signature celebration and other players interact with your player instead of doing a boring preset move

I'm probably the latter, Couldn't score on professional, Set it to amateur and won 4-0 lol, I'll get used to it.

Prefer the old celebrations tbh, In fact it would be nice if they had a feature where you create your own celebration, Now that would be good...!!!

can u play a ps3 game whilst downloading the fifa demo, expert here asking!
#15
weird how people will spend 25 on a game but not 40. Its 15 quid... If ur that hard up that 15 makes a difference then maybe you cant afford it anyway? I enjoyed the game. And for a years entertainment id pay anything under 70 for it. Ill get that much out of it. As with other games I would play alot. 70 is a good nightout these days in london.

nah i like it this time around simply because it adds to the realism its a small addition but things like anelkas butterfly celebration is great but also because players like heskey cant do backflips like in real life and the other players interacting with mine was a nice sight to see but i do admit being able to create your own celebration would have been great i suppose they got one thing right allowing you to create your own crowd chants :D

Thing is johnball £15 can go towards another game im a fan of football but to me it isnt worth paying £40 for a game with a few new additions and team updates, more serious football fans may think differently, i wont play the game solidly for a year maybe for a few months but my attention will turn back to red dead or fallout (when its released) if you can save £15 then why not the lower the better

for sure. If u can save 15 go for it. But im just saying 15 isnt much in the grand scheme of things. The majority of people that buy this will have mates they can play online and before a night out etc. So even if i was only playing it on those occasions, id happily pay another 15 for the banter...

Yeah i understand where your coming from but its different for me because i'll only have a few friends that will pick this game up dont get me wrong i've had many days where me and a few mates have played fifa 10 for a good part of the day and i agree £15 isn't much atm but imo i dont think a game with a team update and a few new changes is worth £40

might not be worth 15 more, but most people will buy it anyway. hence why people charge that much for games.

i enjoyed demo anyway. Cant wait for it to come out. Just finished my contract also, so i know what ill be doing all friday :)
