Film MetaData - best way to edit? iTunes issue.........

A friend of mine has converted some DVD's for me and encoded them to fit on an iPhone or PSP. The file sizes are relatively small (300-400mb) but the quality looks really good on a handeld.

The problem is, when I add the files to iTunes the info for each film shows his account name and other details. Within iTunes you cant edit this data.

Also......when I add the single mp4 file to iTunes, sometimes the film's poster will appear and a description, othertimes there is no info.

Is there a way that I can edit the file (description, film poster, who encoded etc...) before adding to iTunes???

If they show account data then they won't be from dvds?

Not all have the account name - I thought this was just the method of encoding he'd used.

Still....can this be deleted or amended on the mp4 file, before adding to iTunes?

Is there a program that automatically adds film data?
