I really recommend FURY and Nightcrawler (both films from this year)

Dont think iv watched a war film iv enjoyed as much as FURY since saving private ryan

and Nightcrawler is very gritty with a spot on disturbing performance from jake

Still Alice is a great film I watched recently about an academic suffering with young onset dementia. Played impeccably by Julianne Moore. 4 out of 5.

Lone survivor which was on sky premiere recently was amazing. Think its still on anytime.

Also oldboy with Josh Brolin was great but very dark

Nightcrawler is absolutely great! After a very weak year in cinema, it is refreshing to see such films like Nightcrawler and Gone Girl. Fury was great too, not to spoil it to anyone who hasn't seen it, the ending is too "Hollywood".

One flew over the cuckoos nest my favorite film ever

I can't say that I found predestination particularly good. It was all a bit too obvious for me.

It was something different. I think it was purposely made obvious. Question is where did it actually start.

We've already got a good film rating thread that's been going a couple of years now.

the most luxurious cinema in london?

Seductive and striking, Mondrian London at Sea Containers brings a bold new energy to London, blending the style and sophistication of the boutique brand with South Bank’s eclectic vibe. Situated on the banks of the River Thames in the famed Sea Containers building and styled and furnished by iconic British designer Tom Dixon, Curzon Mondrian London is your new cinema destination.

Visitors will immediately be drawn to the giant, copper clad wall inspired by the hull of a ship, running from outside the building, through to the lobby and on to the river side of the hotel...
