I have checked and can confirm that unfortunately the parcel has been lost with our carrier and , I have processed a refund for your order as the items are sadly no longer in stock.

With the bad weather and backlog at carriers, this is bound to happen sometimes. ASOS have always delivered no problem to me.

My sister has been complaining of ASOS's poor customer service recently. They also keep leaving their goods outside! They wont wait for anyone to answer the door at times...
