Try clearing your cookies ? And check your internet options in case Firefox is blocking it ....... do you get a bar at the top of the page when you try to load it ?

If you have CCleaner installed, run that.

If not, go to (in Firefox)..
Tools --> Clear recent history
... ensure "cache" and "cookies" are checked then click "clear now". Uncheck anything else you don't want to be cleared.

How high are your privacy settings ? I know mine were quite high and there were loads of sites Firefox would block ..... now use Chrome - much easier :-) !

What about the cache?

You could try running CCleaner - which clears out cookies/cache/temp files for Firefox and many others programs automatically. Download (free) @ http://www.piriform.com/

Oh and this may be a stupid question but are you sure you aren't being logged in? Reason I ask is because sometimes when I try and log into Quidco it appears to fail, taking me back to the Enter username/password screen but if you click My Account - it takes you there.

go to tools and private browsing

can you log in then? (it disables cookies, previous sign-ins and the password manager)

if so, let us know

are you running adblock or other extensions?

edit - oops too late
