i have firefox and almost every time i go on websites it redirects me to somewhere else like ebay
is it a virus
and whenever i install kaspersky antivirus 2009 it goes to the blue screen of death

run cccleaner

run avg or avast

reinstall windows
what so do all of them and thanks
im downloading malwarebytes and whats cccleaner
oh yes and my windows denfender never updates now
discconet from interent and left them run
how do you give reputation and what is it?

Install and run Malwarebytes. Brilliant program for picking up (and fixing) trojans etc.,. Update it before you run it if you can. Its a program that's worked for me where no other has

Its actually CCLEANER (only two C's not 3 as suggested) It used to be called [email protected] great piece of software to uninstall dead registry entries, clear cookies/temporary files, disable start up entries and clear disc space, craxcking software and has never let me down yet, download from
If you download and run hijack this, then post the log at they'll help you out more if that doesn't work. I had a similar problem
ok thank you i tried installing avg but it says the page exist but we were unable to establish a connection with it same when i log in to windows live and whenever i go to my inbox it says that any ideas?
im running malwarebytes the free version will it still clear viruses ?
thx strike found 14 viruses and deleted them all and pc is running fine
