what kinda food am i gunna need to pump out iron to... eggs,fish etc?

100g of porridge oats +milk
50 of peanut butter

appox 650cals

110g of Pasta +
Tuna/chicken/beef/deli meat

appox 600cals

5 weetabix/+ Milk or 100g muesli.

appox 600cals

6pm:
110g of Rice + slice of bread
Tuna/chicken/beef/turkey (any protein source)

appox 650 cals

3 whole eggs with 30g of nuts ( I use almounds)

I would also make one of these a day too http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=248036,meat is expensive these days, so I am drinking more protein shakes as there cheaper then meat per g. I aint put fruit/veg in there but thats just a rough guide of what you should be eating.

I eat apox 3200cals when bulking, i put about 1lb a week on.

i eat tons of chicken, turkey , rice, sushi, protein powder , natural yoghurt. One day a week i eat whatever i want .

I'm training for the London marathon next year and eat tonnes of chicken and pasta. With the occasional Jellybean !!

pick up the cheap 2kg oat bags for like £1.30, dont bother with the brand stuff when it comes to oats, its all the same.

I got like 6kg of oats in my cupboard for like £10 lol

put stacks of peanubutter too brah, its high in calories.

peanuts have about the highest protein content of the nus at approx %25, pistacios come 2nd i thing at about %20.
Seeds tend to be as high in protein, if not more than peanuts, try sesame or sunflower seeds but remember to balance weights against percentages in prepared foods like peanut butter.

prob you got with the protien with nuts is that there are no BCAAs
