FITTING A GAS COOKER

Relative has just bought a new gas cooker. The previous one just seemed to slot into the gas pipe and worked fine, this new one has two pipes seems to need more work on it.

Have had a quote of £65 to fit the new one. I know have to be Corgi / Gas safe and not wanting to take any chances.

Is this a reasonable price to pay ? Might only be a few minutes work

65 seems reasonable tbh-just make sure you find your fitter on the gas safe website(corgi dont exist anymore),and check their gas safe card when they arrive.

This plus they must be registered to do this job - they can't do every fitting job, some can legally only install heating systems etc
