Ordered a pair of headphones for $23 on the 8th and they still haven't been shipped. They have been stuck on 'packing' since the same day.
Checking the T&C it says that as soon as it changes to packing they cannot cancel order and I just have to wait.
Ive found the same headphones for a bit more on a UK site now and would rather just get my money refunded. I think its pretty clear they were not in stock but they changed to packing so I couldn't cancel. Is it worth opening a paypal dispute to get the money?
I have emailed focalprice but no reply as yet
