Right. We're all throwing away too much food. Here, on this thread you can put up simple menu ideas that you have tried and liked for all of us to try and then we can rate them. Also what about foods that you can freeze? That leftover cheese. Did you know you can freeze cheese? Odd bits of cheese put in a container in the freezer could be used for cheese mash/cheese on toast or similar. Milk? (Make sure the container has a gap to allow for expansion and always thaw properly) Come on let's save some dosh and get this thread going.
