I also think this will be SAF's last season at United (he can't carry on forever!)

This has to be his make or break season. I don't think the fans will accept another unrewarded season.

Pretty sure SAF said next season will be his last.
If they get a decent Modric replacement and a decent striker he will be ok.
They looked very ordinary on Saturday!

I do. They are very gullible.
He will be safe unless things go horribly wrong. Anything below 4th and he's history. :D
TBF, I think levy knows its a bit of a transition season, so will be given a bit of time. I'm not overly optimistic if I'm being brutal, but let's see what happens before the transfer window closes.

Sounds like you're not entirely convinced with his appointment?
Levy's in a tough place because he sacked Redknapp despite him getting Spurs 4th, The problem is that without Modric, Spurs aren't a top 4 team. But I don't think he'll sack him if they finish outside the top 4 this season.

It's not that. I just do understand that Chelsea's lucky win royally screwed us financially and staffing wise. It genuinely has set us back.

What game was you watching. I don't support Chelsea but that was not a lucky win. Yes they were defensive but they had to adopt those tactics to win. Drogba clinched an amazing goal. No luck there.

Screwing Spurs over was one of the minor benefits of winning the Champions League. Just think of all those great players you could've signed......the Champions League matches.....Modric sticking around.....no AVB......
That was part of the cause (ie Levy stuck by him through his court case and offered him a contract extension when England called. He refused. He then complained that Spurs hadn't opened negotiations for a new contract once the season had ended and ruffled feathers by saying that. Of course letting the Scum overtake and get 3rd probably had a lot to do with it as well.
It's no secret that he was tactically naive and Levy didn't like the fact that Spurs's form dipped dramatically after Harry had his head turned by The FA. So when it came time to commit to him with a new contract, Levy didn't feel comfortable (especially with some of Harry's demands) and sacked him.

That isn't funny. I can tell how unfunny you are by the relatively low number of likes you have!
Oh wait! Lol
No, i can admit that was a mortal blow even if it were a fluke.

Cant see Brendan Rodgers being sacked, he has been brought in with the long term in mind. Even Tom Warner the chairman said that CL qualification is not vital etc. He is FSG's man so they will now have to run with that decision.
Hughton will also be under pressure as well as Hughes. Rodgers and AVB will be under the most scrutiny though imo.
