Has anyone else encountered problems with the website?
I bought the Futurama DVD set from them about 2 months ago, i bought two by accident so i cancelled one of them and just ordered the one.
All was fine and well, UNTIL yesterday. 2 months had passed and they'd charged me again for the 2nd Futurama box set which i cancelled and obviously never recieved.
I rang them up and they said the transaction was cancelled and they cannot tell from their systems that it has charged me...
oh, and they have said to call up my bank, as they may contact forget the rest.
i rang my bank and they said they'll send me a form to fill in, but it's not their buisness to ring the company directly etc.
I'm at a loss. what do i do? £36 gone out my account and i seriously cannot afford that to just go out of my account.
what can i do? i need my money back.
