Fox poo in my garden

Bit of a strange one but i have a fox that keeps coming into my garden (i presume its a fox because the poo is not buried). It must be too lazy to crouch because it poos on the edge of buckets and little trampolines, nice!.

Anyway, i have seen a cordless animal chaser which sends out an frequency which they don't like so they go and poo a couple of doors away.
Does anybody know if these work?
Thanks

They genrally work or rats, but get one you can adjust the frequency on.
#4
yep they work ..my neighbour has one and cats avoid their garden like the plague.

I reckon you'd need to contact them before purchasing to see what frequency ranges are covered...

Then, find out what frequencies a fox can hear and check against the specs.

Apparently this has 3 settings on it so you can choose from cats, dogs, foxes, rabbits, deers or rodents and it has a 60ft radius. I suppose i could buy it and test it to see.

Love to! do you think they sell them on my catalogue?! lol

I would go for one that you can adjust at very small amounts at a time, this way they don't get used to one sound.

This one has "computer controlled random frequency to stop animal from becoming accustomed to the ultrasound". I think i am persuading myself to buy it. lol

They work on cats, which im sure of as my aunt has them, however, if you have good hearing, you can hear it, and its high pitched and hurts your ears :( (like me!)

When we lived in the Netherlands, a big problem was martens - a sort of stoat like creature. In the winter the little bu##ers would seek out recently parked cars that had nice warm engines, and kip under the bonnet. They would nibble through the felting under the bonnet and chew the cables or any rubber items:x . You can actually buy a device to connect to the battery zap them

I used to sell a sonic cat repeller on ebay I still have one in stock but it doesn't mention foxes, there is a similar product that does deter foxes and is harmless to animals including the fox

My supplier does have the fox ones but I am not sure how much they are, there are plenty on ebay some state the cat reppeller does foxes too but it does not say that on the box I have the same one in hand here, it says on the box BYE BYE PUSSYCAT avoid this one for foxes

Hope this helps

I 2nd that, fox’s are a pane in the backside. We have been lambing for a few weeks now and already they are coursing havoc.Considering we live in a democratic country and we have a vote on fox hunting, the outcome was 88% in favour of keeping fox hunting. Yet it was still band!!! How does that work!!!

I am afraid in the countryside and to farmers like myself foxes NEED to be controlled as they are KILLERS and they dont just kill to feed they kill for
pleasure :x

The biggest killer of all ..is the human race but thats another topic all together, as for foxes, there is a need to protect your livelihood, but lets be honest if one of you flock is sick you would be humane about it as would most, the same way if you need to get rid of the foxes, quick and effective is the better option, not let some upper class nit wits( i would use stronger words but not allowed) to chase it to death for sport, oh and then on the odd occassion kill someones cat/pet without giving a tinkers toss:x or run across someones land with no regards for anyone else but themselves, yes and I have first hand knowledge and am not a city dweller
