Hi i just had a call from the fraud team at lloyds tsb saying there has been transactions on my acc without enough funds in there, they listed them and most ofthem havent come from me,things like coach tickets, sofas etc had been attempted but are currently pending,i spoke to the advisor and she told me to keep a eye on my acc and see if they come out,i dont have the fund in my acc to cover, was around £400 of transactions!!if they come out she said call the number and the will sort it.

i thought i was short in my acc this month and today was overdrawn when i was sure i had not over spent this month.

anyone else had this and can give me info and advice on what happens next?the stopped my card and are sending me out a new one.

thanks

same happened to me over the last month with Abbey. make sure they have put the disputed transactions in to dispute or they will come out of your bank account and then you might have to wait for them to put it back.
the lst time i had the fraud abbey were a flamming nightmare and even though it took over 20 phone calls to get them to dispute the tranactions , they were the same fraudulant transactions THEY informed me about the month before. Check your account every day until they sort it out cos there will proberly be more ( dont mean to worry you) but after i cancelled my first card the fraud still went through
good luck hun and keep us updated

forgot to ask did you use your card on shopto?

yes used it on shopto, will the bank put the money back into my acc ?

just a thought.... are all the calls coming to you? how about going into the branch tomorrow and checking this?

is there any possibility this is a scam and the telephone corresspondence is slowly building up a trust between you and the scammer.

i would go and speak to a real lloyds person in a real lloyds branch - Don't call them back!!!

My OH's card was cloned (used once at a petrol station . . . hmmmm) and within 2 days £6500 was spent - £3500 on furniture in Australia and £3000 on flowers (?!?!) in California . . .

Everything refunded and cards replaced within 5 working days.
