Card details, email address, address EVERYTHING!!
If "EVERYTHING!!" about the card details rather than part card details, the "massive fraud" may not be what you think.

I was able to change address, passwords etc also, I could have easily done all this and had everything sent to my address

Sent to your address? Regardless, I have more than a passing interest in everything you could access relating to the card details. Thanks.

Are you sure it's a genuine H&M website you're actaully on? Could it be a bogus H&M that are fishing for your login details?.

This is the genuine site

I can see it being possible. I experienced a weird bug like that on a forum. Logged in as me, and my account was another active user in France. Logged out, logged back in and my account was mine.

I was logged in as me, it said 'error' then loaded, I then went to check out and it wasn't Until I got to the order confirmation that I realised it wasn't my account.

I emailed the person on the account I was logged into and she has also had the same thing happen.

Something vaguely similar happened to me a few years ago on Tesco direct during a sale around Christmas when their servers were overloaded, I added something and was about to checkout and was surprised to find there were some toys in the cart, then realised it was showing me logged in under someone else's name. Doubtless they've changed the servers and software a few times since then though.

Looking at H&M's twitter it looks like I'm not the only person to have this happen to them. Really wouldn't be surprised if everyone's details have been seen.
