I would take them to Court, it's a piece of pi$$ to do, online and only £30.00. I would recommend that option to everyone.

No point I'm afraid.
Nobody will 'do' anything but write the money off. That's why scammers keep coming back here.
These people did not even bother contacting this scammer to check him out, why would they now take him to Court? Sad, very sad but that's the way I see it.

im just gonna butt out from now on

Does anyone actually have his correct details though - surely these would be needed to even begin a moneyclaim?

I'm pretty sure Tazandsaz has the correct details as she was going to send him a game, so why would he give false details.

I think he's now saying all the details are fake so nobody follows it up personally......

I have his name and address, but I'm guessing it's fake. Somebody posted it then removed it.

Ah I see, that makes the world of difference if they are correct - any easy way of finding out for sure?

Even if the scammer is 13 (possible i guess) can you not claim against the parents using moneyclaim? And for what its worth contact the police (if enough people do it)...

His paypal email was AlexParker1982@***********

Maybe we should make it so if you want to sell you need to meet requirements like no be a con artist or watch the real hustle too much
#16
And hes chatting BS about only havin £35 in his paypal, he easily had close to £200 in his account over the spread of the last few days. Where did all that money go then?

My guess is he isn't 13, he isn't 25, and he isn't called Alex Parker ;-)

As Dino said on the other thread he seems to have given lots of misinformation and lies but possibly given out enough to make him traceable if its all put together (particularly if he gave the correct details to TazandSaz)...
