Front Page is no longer available from Microsoft, last release was Front Page 2003.

Now replaced by Microsoft Expression (not free of course)

why use a wysiwyg, learn the code (it's not that hard really)

learn the code, it's not that hard, must be millions of tuts on the net on how to do everything

One of the things you may have to consider is where you upload the page to and any restrictions they may have on the software you are using
