This is a strange thing to put up here, but I want to get rid of it and if wondered if anyone would want it as something to do up in their spare time/with their kids.

It's a fibreglass boat I made when I was practicing fibreglassing for an A-Level project.

It's roughly 37" long, 10" wide (at its widest) and 10" high from the bottom of the keel to the top of the boat.

The keel is filled with lead so it will float, it should be watertight but you could seal the join easily.

It's free for collection from Liverpool if anyone wants it. If anyone's interested i'll put pictures up.

Would love to take it off your hands - I've been working on a basic hull from wood to make steam-powered. I'm in Portsmouth though... bit of a drive!

Very interesting, i'd like to do something myself with this boat but I don't really have the time. Shame you're too far away for mine. Would love to see some pictures of your boat though.

It's very basic atm - started it with an Opinel knife and a split log while camping - took me all wekend to get it looking like a hull!
