If you go to the following website and click on search it shows Vodafones deals as £0 pm and £0 upfront. Click on Vodafone and check out all the phones on offer.

Then click on one of the phones and you will go to Vodafones website where again it offers both for £0. I have ordered the wildfire and email confirmation states £0pm and nothing upfront. Doubt it will get honoured though.

#4
something similar came up a few months back(poss longer) and they were cancelled.
just remember that a credit check will be carried out though.might affect you if you want a loan etc.

no harm in trying though if that's not an issue :)

Do you think it would be better to pick up from a vodafone shop?
#11

I keep getting " Sorry!

Sorry, we can't process your order because of a technical problem. We're working hard to fix it. Please call us on 08080 101 256 to get help with your order. " from Vodafone website. Best-mobile-contracts is showing them still the same, but voda doesn't allow you to continue

Guys I have been chatting to the vodafone live chat and he says it's an error and u will be charged so be careful
#15
Well I've given it a go anyway! :)

They cannot charge you without consent first. So if they phone me telling me they are changing the contract to charge me I'll request to cancel it. Nothing lost from trying
#17
Ofcourse they cannot charge without your consent. He said they will contact people who ordered the phones. But y do u want to go through all that hassle

Looks like someone at Vodafone has spotted it now. Wish I'd ordered more than one. Just had my second email confirming I've passed the credit check. Now I've just got to sneak in under the wire :D

Fingers crossed for you pal.

Be careful though, as you only have 7 days to return the phone. Otherwise you could be tied in to an 18 month contract for x amount per month.

Which will.......?
I guarantee there will be a disclaimer in their T&C.

Got mine in earlier too, passed credit check and just read terms and conditions.

Just need them to dispatch it then contract entered and hopefully will show up as free when i get the paperwork

Also will have something to fall back on

The problem with buying something which is showing as £0.00 is that you can never realistically argue that you thought the price might be right, can you? If it was showing say £4.99 you could al least argue that you thought it was a special offer or something, but free of charge with free phone? Come on mate.

Don't get me wrong, I really hope you get it, and good luck to you if you do, but I just fear that you're inviting a load of unnecessary hassle.

Just to confirm OP that there is no cash back redemption involved at all?

Yeah but a lot of deals you see on here seem to be unbelievable prices and sometimes the orders come through such as a few weeks ago some people got gt5 and black ops for under £2 from Comet website. I know most the time this sort of thing doesnt go through but eh you gotta be in it to win it. lol

Anyway no harm if doesnt go through.

no there cant be any cashback as the only link was directly through that site. They cannot send the phone and change the monthly charge to something that suits them. Expecting a cancellation soon methinks.

I reckon it will be easier on those who ordered it to the store.
