no, i put a hot pan of water in bottom of freezer and hairdryer blowing at top

fill a pan with boiling water and put it in the bottom shelf, much easier

yeah, shouldnt take longer, if you got a couple of shelves, put a pan of hot water on each, i just use hairdryer to speed things up

oh i got a wallpaper stripper, will have a go next time i need to do mine, cant believe i replaced a frost free freezer with one that needs defrosting, although was done in an emergency and never thought -lol
