Ok Fuji F470 - £35 with a minor fault.:

THERE IS VERY MINOR PROBLEM WITH THE CAMERA, WHEN THE CAMERA TURNS ON, 2 OUT OF 10 TIMES THE LENSE SHUTTER DOES NOT FULLY OPEN, BUT YOU CAN MANUALLY DO THIS WITH YOUR FINGER TO OPEN IT FULLY ( VERY SLIGHT PROBLEM THAT DOES NOT ALWAYS OCCUR - A VERY GOOD CAMERA IN VERY GOOD CONDTITION - NO OTHER SCRATCHES OR MARKS)

^^^ Sorry for all the caps that's how they typed it.

or a Fuji A800 - £50:

The Fuji Finepix F470 has a Lithium-ion Rechargeable which i think in a camera is better than having batteries...However you could probably use recharageable AA batteries for the latter too, which you'd have to buy.

They both have covered all the specs you asked for in the deal forum...the one with the minor fault tho, seems abit gr.. and it might get worse over time. For a secondary camera, which i believe is what you wanted this for tho it would be ok.

Here are some simple reviews too.. Fuji A800 and Fuji Finepix F470

Thanks, I was leaning towards the A800 due to the AA batteries as they're easier to replace should it run out when I can't get to a charger.

well you can buy the litium batteries too..just obviously more money.

I have a few cameras, one of which does run on batteries..i use rechargeable batteries in it, and always have a few on standy by. Doing this works out cheaper than constantly buying some more AA's.

You can see on those reviews theres negatives and positives for both, or customers..so should help abit.
