Can anyone find any contact details for gallagher homes.

We need to enquire about a leasehold property which we want to buy the lease for but cannot find any details at all.

Has anyone ever had any contact with them or can anyone find some info.

Thanks all.

I need some more help.

The ground rent for the property is being paid to an agent called JGS Properties Ltd

We think they are based in warwick on a po box address / number but an edgbaston address is coming up on the website you provided.

So, can you or anyone find some proper contact details for JGS please.

Thanks

We didn't contact them personally but once they knew we wanted to buy the freehold, they were very quick in coming back to the solicitor with a figure !!

The person to contact is Mr Andrew Nicholas Atkinson who is also a consu4ant at Shakespeare Martineau, based Homer Road, Solihull
On their web site click on People, then on the photograph of the gentleman and this will give his Direct Dial Number and email address

I'm also currently in the process of buying the freehold off JGS Properties. I sent a letter with a self-address envelope to the Warwick PO Box and I also sent a fax to the number 01926 842 329. I received a reply by post not long after (maybe 1 1/2 weeks) stating they had received my fax. The returned letter from JGS properties was not sent in the self-addressed envelope so I do think fax is the best method to contact them. Not having a fax machine, I used an online fax service to send a .pdf document I had written up.

The letter from JGS Properties requested that we needed to return a form they had sent us to fill out and to send a cheque for £90 to cover the admin fee to deal with the enquiry. As requested by JGS Properties, we sent a cheque off to start the purchase of the freehold but after two weeks of the cheque clearing from our account and 4 weeks since sending off the form, neither myself nor my solicitor has heard anything from them.

The website link - https://www.duedil.com/company/03290889/jgs-properties-limited seems to show that Mr Andrew Nicholas Atkinson is linked to the company but on the Shakespeare Martineau website, I could only find a Nick Atkinson and not an Andrew Nicoloas Atkinson. Are you sure this is the same person? Have you had success contacting them?

If anyone has any information on how long it took them to buy the freehold through JGS Properties or recommend anything I can do to speed up the process, please let me know!
