I was on hold for 31 minutes before I had to just put the phone down because, being on a mobile, it was clearly gonna cost me loads. Tried again and lasted 19 before I had to lock off.
Gameplay cancelled my pre-order because my billing address didn't match my shipping address (thanks, thanks a lot.. a simple email telling me to amend it would have been nice) and now some idiot has gone and chucked out my Game pre-order slip that I, foolishly perhaps, left in the kitchen.
So I'm trying to call them up and get my order reference so I can go down tonight and pick up my game, but no.. they don't feel like answering.
Anyone else having trouble getting through to them.
