Game warranty for an Xbox One?

Just looking for some help

I bought an Xbox One from a local Game store about 7 weeks ago, and it won't turn on. I am wondering if the Game store itself will help out here

Anyone know or had any personal experience with this kind of thing

Your warranty should be with the retailer in the first year shouldn't it?

Just bring it back to the store with your receipt and get it sorted.

You take it back to the store and they will replace it with a brand new one as long as you have the receipt. :)
"Return an in-store purchase

Purchases made in store can be returned to any of our stores but cannot be returned to GAME via post.

Please ensure you have a valid receipt/proof of purchase when returning your items, and the original credit or debit card used to pay for the order where applicable."

• Hardware or accessories may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of the despatch date. Please note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks etc.) before it can be accepted as a return."
