Finally managed to order a DS lite pink on Thursday 13th from gamestation online. They said it was in stock, took my money and sent an order confirmation.
Today I get an email saying: Unfortunately we have been unable to obtain: ds lite pink. A refund has been processed!
I can't believe that a company can get a way with taking peoples money and saying they have something when in fact they dont.
I spoke to their advisors over the phone. 25 mins on hold (not bad), and they say well we let you know within 7 days! Yeah thanks for that. Really reassuring just before Christmas, the day before all online orders must be taken!
So just to warn everyone doing some last minute shopping online. That the store you bought from may not actually have a clue what they have in stock and never ever actually no when the hell they are getting anything in. Useless.
Lets hope Amazon dont let me down with my other things!
