  Yes same thing happened to me, but I ordered dance central for £11.99 and used voucher to make it £6.99.
  
  I phoned up yesterday and they are sending me out a elite card (as didn't have one) and credited it with £5.

  Why oh why are you trying to buy something online from a company that has the same credit rating as Greece and the ability to supply Goods like a Vegan Chef serving rare steaks?

  I had this happen to me, not the same game, but ordered new copies and received pre-owned.
  I rang them to sort it out, didnt bother with emailing them, got it sorted yesterday.
  Give them a phone call and see what they have to say. ;)

  Same happened to me - emailed them re it but my emails keep getting returned. Will try to phone then if this is the best option. Now the items I wanted for niece and nephew are out of stock anyway but if they send out vouchers they should honour them.
