Has anyone else had problems with them not delivering on the date they said they would?
Ok so i brought an ipod on saturday, they sent me an email saying it would be delivered between 7am-7pm on tuesday. So waited all day and nothing! No van or anything, lucky i had wednesday off as well and waited all day till 4pm when i sent them an email asking them where it is.
So far today ive had nothing, not even a response to the email apart from they have got the email I sent.
Anyone got any idea what to do I needed the ipod this weekend, can i go out and buy another one from somewhere else and just cancel the order? or can i refuse delivery to get a full refund?
