  i like it, plays alot like the first gears which imo is a good thing.

  I not sure why anybody would tell you to buy Gears 3 if you didn't like the first one. It is better but it was always going to be more of the same

  I'm also too rubbish.
  
  Also I think playing games online pushes you beyond the line of cool geek into just geek.

  Early campaign seemed same-ish to a certain extent. Plus missed the intro video which should have been in your face when first playing so like when prescott was back from the dead it was news to me he was dead so the story was poorer for it.
  
  like Beast as its a bit more strategic imo that hoard.
  
  imo lots of push to multiplayer = paying xbl customers = revenue

  Bought it at launch, sold the free points and character code. Worked out I paid 18 quid for it.
  
  Worth 18 quid, no more tho.
  
  Right now having too much fun with onlive console. Great system IMO. Crisp graphics and lagless gameplay.

  best game for me on the 360. LOVE all aspects, great campaign, horde mode, beast mode, arcade mode and extensive multiplayer. Great DLC support, first DLC already announced for nov 1st.

  Lol with 5 Friends maybe :It's not easy all the time and is quite a hair tearing out experience at about 2-4 moments throughout the story when playing a SOLO campaign or some cheating is going on to glitch past the difficult parts e.g hiding and letting the computer AI characters do all the work. Or mine is glitched to hard in the parts I am referring to. I am not that **** at playing computer games to be stuck at certain intervals for nothing.

  I completed the campaign in co-op with one person, the hardest part is the last bit as on co-op you both have to hammer of dawn the beast thing at the same time for it to die while fighting off the locust guardians. the beserker was also a pain to kill.
  
  The annoying thing is my game lost all progress of the 1st chapter swo i got all the achievements but have to re-do act 1 to get the completed campaign achievements. Another friend had his multiplayer level reset at level 29!
