Anyone joined? Campaign on facebook to get a Christian song at number one for Easter - you can download the song (Delirious?'s History Maker) in two versions - live and studio - with all profits going to charity. Give it your support people!

i wasnt trying to force my beliefs onto you. in this case you evidently dont celebrate easter / christmas and i expect you'll be working on the bank holidays...
even if you dont like the cause, try listening to the song - they're actually a really good band.
regardless of whether you support the cause, all profits go to charity anyway - how can you argue with that?!

Wouldn't it have been better (more fun) to have a satan/satanic/Hanson song at number one?

We must respect the other fellow's religion, but only in the sense and to the extent that we respect his theory that his wife is beautiful and his children smart. - H. L. MENCKEN

I can't see how that would have been better or more fun? This is a christian group, doing something for charity, on a religous holiday. "Let's randomly get a satanic song to number one because it will pee off religous people!!! Yay!!"

I think you are referring to 'Killing In The Name Of' at Christmas? And that funded... record producers and the band. This funds... oh wait, those less fortunate.

Tough one. :whistling:

You do realise that the Killing in the Name campaign raised funds for the Shelter charity, right?

Don't worry guys, you'll still have 39 other songs in the top 40 you can enjoy, it's not really forcing you to do anything, just turn the sound down when they play it!!!
