Bummer dude. You can defer the graduation though, so it's fine.

Im either getting a 2:1 or 2:2 I wasnt really bothered about working like a drone and spening 2-3 or more amount of time just to be slightly better.
#6
i got 2.2 but happy with it as i got a Masters in a top uni
#7
Got mine nearly a month ago. First time I've been properly happy - hope it can continue into my last year :)

Good luck. The worst bit for me is when I type in my password this wee spinning thing comes up and then the screen refreshes. I've nearly had a heart attack everytime!

Good luck mate. :)

Having seen my wife graduate i can safely say it was a ****** day not worth attending. You sit there for 5hrs 5 seconds of which you go up on stage to shake an old mans hand.

The ball wasn't all that either might be a laugh if you were single though.

My parents are trying to pester me into graduating even though its like 350-400 miles from where I am now and dont want to pay the extortionate robe hire costs(over £100) 1-2 nights in B+B, a few days off work and about a 5 hour drive each way just to graudate with people I will never see again!

I have heard it is a boring experience.

Got mine, 2 referrals, best thing is. One the lectures ive got a referral for I coudnt get in touch with whilsh i was in uni. So a major complaint is being made

PS: never go John Moores

Fingers crossed:thumbsup:

I must say I agree with lumoruk re the graduation ceremony. I didn't bother with mine and my hubby's MSc one was OK but only because it was back in the day, so smaller numbers all round . Still boring despite the sunny day.

Graduation was one of the most boring, tedious experiences of my life.

But good luck with the results. I don't get the results of my MSc for ages.

I remember when my dad "finished" his degree about 5 years ago he wasnt allowed to graduate due to uni error as his course leader told him he could do a level 2 instead of a level 3 as he had extra credit for a few other classes then was told he hadnt enough points! took like 4 years for the appeal to get sorted and they wont even give him his certificate free because of it and want like £75 and he isnt allowed to graduate locally(despite living 4 miles from the local campus and where he studied) he has to travel to the main campus which is like 120 miles away!
