definitely extra battery!

If thinking of wp7, do get a big capacity micro sd in hand first

i got an extra battery off ebay for £3

i got a desktop dock/charger which charges phone overnight and also charges the spare battery. very rare i need to use the spare but it's great to know if i'm running really low i have the option, unlike other phones which don't have changeable batteries.

wouldn't bother, at all, with a screen protector - my phone is a year old and is untouched. very strong glass - just keep it in the original pouch.

main thing - if you are able/want to - put wp7 on it.

it's great!!

it's not for the faint hearted but i had already mucked about with the phone putting different versions of window mobile 6.5 on it, as well as android, before the folks at http://www.xdadevelopers.com figured out how to put wp7 on it.

you really need to join their forum and have a good read. but, once i decided to put wp7 on it took very little time, maybe an hour? probably bank on setting a day aside to read through the forums and download what you need. you will need to activate the wp7 account through microsoft but i think that's quite easy to do, it wasn't a problem for me.

just give it a go, follow the instructions and you can't really go far wrong.

all things aside, i am really chuffed with wp7 and would definitely get a wp7 device agan.

Thanks for that. Looks a bit complicated. I may have to give it to one of my 'Techie' friends lol.
