This is just a quick heads-up for those who buy online at cex. It seems that customer service employees have been replaced with bots that say:
Thank you for your enquiry,
I apologise for the delay. This will be issued as soon as possible.
The EASIEST way to get a refund now is to file a paypal dispute. Always pay with paypal if you can. As if CeX has cashflow problems enough without funds being withheld in their paypal account.
