Do them back - use the Terry Tibbs Sound Board:

Call your provider and have the number blocked. Post the number here and let us go crazy with voip accounts and soundboards - posting the results.

What kinda calls are you getting?

i'd answer the phone, if it was the dodgy callers again i'd hand the phone to my father in law and let him talk to them..... he can be sooo annoying they'd never ring back! but as you haven't got my father in law I think you should ring up your provider and they can block that number and witheld numbers

Yeah definately post the number, and we can give them a taste of their own medicine :-D

We just hear music playing and the sound of someone shuffling around / making noises. The person never talks but it happens really often far far too often to be accidental - end the call and he/she rings straight back.
Could I get into legal issues if I post their number?

Just put it on in a very easy to break code ;-)

Call BT, and go through to the 'nuisance caller' team who can implement varios strategies to deal with your problem such as number blocking, caller ID and eventually they will get in touch with the mobile provider if it carrys on.

Dont post the number otherwise you are as bad as they are.

Or try this. We do it at work all the time.
Just say to them, 'hold the line a minute' , then walk away and leave the phone.

Post the number, its been done so many times on forums it very quickly resolves the issue without too much effort.

telephone preference agency sign up with these although I signed up and still get some - takes a month to activate
#14
Register the number with every dodgey text service known to man, sign it up to survey websites with a ring back etc etc.

The good old fashioned way is to blow a shrill whistle down the phone. Really hurts the ears.
#16
just leave the call connected and put your phone aside. waste their credit! :)

You could take photos of random fecal matter doesnt matter if its dog, horse or human and mms it to them :)
